    Pros

    I love the environment here, friendly and high support from colleagues. Good place to learn and practice. The thing I can share with my friends is I have a good place to work.

    Cons

    The job requires high pressure and always meet the deadline on time. Skills must be improved to adapting the new challenges and suitable to company's strategies.

    Upper management has more chances to do practice and take new challenges.

    I love International SOS Vietnam as I can see how my work contributes the company goals and business development. I can see how the organization makes it a place where people would want to work. Everyone here cares much about each other and live in work. I can hear everywhere employees' happy smiles and management motivation. It's great to work here.

    In our organization, the challenging as well as opportunity for all staff is work pressure . The employee can learn from this and grow up. This is not place for leisure.
